Employee Relations

We develop and implement employee relations programs, maintain policies and employee handbooks (as needed) and to ensure uniform and equitable treatment of employees and manage the performance management process. Provide support to HR on issue resolution for complex employee issues. May develop and deliver ER-related orientation and training modules to management As a third part entity, we will manage and conduct timely and effective research and investigations in response to internal employee complaints, reducing legal ramifications. Prepare thorough and timely documentation of all investigations. Monitor and analyze ER data and recommend organization-wide and/or client specific intervention and training. Manage and consult departments concerning companies’ performance management tool and issues.
